Capability Matrix

Temperature range × form factor × typical use. Custom builds extend any axis.

Form factorRangeTypical use
Heating jackets & tapesup to 450 °CUHV chamber bakeout
Bakeout tentsup to 300 °CSynchrotron / accelerator beamlines, multi-chamber UHV systems
Heating cartridgesup to 800 °CSample stages, manipulators, effusion cells
Tube furnacesup to 1000 °CCVD, catalysis, materials synthesis
Flow / gas-line heatersup to 600 °CALD / MOCVD precursor lines, carrier-gas preheat
Insulation jacketspassiveHeat retention on chambers and lines

Materials

  • Silicone — flexible, UHV-friendly up to ~200 °C, good for chamber and component wrapping.
  • Glass-fiber — workhorse insulator, sustains 450–550 °C, the default jacket material.
  • Ceramic — rigid mantles and hoods, 1000 °C class, used for tube furnaces and high-temp process heating.
  • Inconel-sheathed elements — cartridges and tube heaters for corrosive / high-temp environments.

Short Lead Times & Custom Builds

Catalog jackets and tapes ship from stock. Custom geometries are quoted directly — chamber drawings or a measured sketch is enough to start. No minimum order quantity.
